Whiskey Walnut Wheel

This is easy to prepare and the Brie cheese can be found in most grocery stores.

1- 6-inch Brie cheese wheel

1/4 cup brown sugar, packed

1/4 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped

1 Tb. Whiskey

Bake Brie cheese without topping at 400 degrees for 4 to 5 minutes.

Remove from oven.

Combine brown sugar, nuts and whiskey and spread on top of the Brie wheel and return to oven for 2 to 3 minutes longer.

Cheese should be heated through but not melted.

Serve with assorted crackers or pretzels.

Yield: 12 to 16 servings.
