Pudding-in-a-Cloud

Looks so pretty and is so simple. I like to make this dessert in the summer when it is just too hot to bake.

2 cups thawed non-dairy whipped topping

1 pkg. (4 serving) instant pudding
2 cups cold milk

OR

EVELYN'S VANILLA OR
CHOCOLATE PUDDING

Spoon 1/3 cup of the whipped topping into each of six dessert glasses.

Using back of spoon, make depression in center and spread topping up sides of each glass.

Prepare pudding mix with milk as directed on package, or make Evelyn's Vanilla or Chocolate Pudding.

Spoon pudding mixture into glasses; chill.

Yield: 6 servings.
