Knox Blox

A good dessert for the toddlers. I will be making them for my new granddaughter, Nicole. I don’t want to forget to mention my other granddaughter, Heather. She is my helper and loves to set the table for dinner. I love them both.

4 envelopes Knox Un-flavored Gelatin

3 packages ( 3 oz. each) flavored gelatin

4 cups boiling water

In a large bowl, combine Knox and flavored gelatin; add boiling water and stir until gelatin dissolves.

Pour into large jelly roll pan.

Chill until firm.

Using cookie cutters, cut out shapes; remove carefully.

Decorate with glossy decorating gel tubes or with chocolate or multi-colored "long" sprinkles.

Note: Other varieties of sprinkles may melt; test before using.

Chop gelatin trimmings and use in parfaits or in the Rainbow-in-a-Cloud dessert.

Yield: 12 servings.
